We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations.

These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. Due to the calibration differences between computer monitors, tablets and smartphones, etc. the color on the prints shown on our website may vary slightly from the actual one. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.

Moelian may from time to time provide special offers on the Website which may have more favorable conditions than those set forth in these General Conditions, e.g. with regard to payment or extended right of withdrawal. Such conditions will apply for the duration of the special offer and for the specific products set forth by Moelian in connection therewith. Moelian reserves the right, at any time, to withdraw such special offers. Upon termination or withdrawal of a special offer, these General Conditions shall apply without any amendments. Any offers on specific products on the Website are valid only for a limited period of time and until products are sold out.

SECTION 6 - PRICES, FEES AND PAYMENT

The prices stated on the Website apply to orders placed on the Website. All prices are presented in euros and do not include shipping fees, which are given separately. Depending on the destination, orders may be subject to additional charges such as sales tax, customs & duty charges. Moelian does not have any responsibility for these additional charges that may apply. Moelian is not responsible for delays due to customs

The Customer can pay for its purchase in the manner specified on the Website. Moelian is entitled to charge the Customer already in connection with the order. Moelian reserves the right not to offer all payment methods at all times, alternatively change payment method if the payment method the Customer has selected does not work, for whichever reasons, at the time of fulfillment of the order.

The Service and its original content, features, designs and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Moelian. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the Greek and foreign countries.
