Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Sellers aren't responsible for delays due to customs.

Please contact us in case you receive a broken item/package, or you couldn't receive your order. We will ask you to send a photo so that we arrange a re-send, refund or coupon code for your next buy. In any case, refunds of returned lost packages will be made when the package will be on it's way back, and only for the actual products cost, not for the shipping. We are not responsible for lost, returned packages, but we will not be happy if this happens. So, please contact us and be sure that we will do our best to deal with these issues.
